The Crew Academy's interior eLearning programs hold IAMI GUEST accreditation, ensuring that you graduate
with a globally recognised qualification.
Under IAMI's GUEST Program for yacht crew training, accredited providers offer tailored programs with
specific learning outcomes aligned with industry needs. Rigorous monitoring and industry consultation
ensure these programs meet evolving standards.
The IAMI GUEST programs cater to different levels of experience. The 'Introductory' and 'Basic' courses
offer essential knowledge and practical skills, serving as foundational training for junior crew and
newcomers to the industry. The 'Specialist' courses are designed to help interior crew stand out from the
crowd. For those aiming for senior positions, the 'Advanced' courses provide fundamental training
necessary to progress.
