Breaking New Ground.

Mini & Junior Section Chair, Brecon RFC
We are looking forward to yet another busy season, with 180 children
from ages 6 to 16 years already registered, and playing for the club and
a number eagerly waiting in the wings for their 6th birthday! Our annual
registration numbers for 2024/2025 are likely to exceed last years’,
which is great news for our club.
With the introduction of a Mini & Junior committee this season, I am very
grateful, as the newly elected chair, to be sharing the workload with eight,
keen volunteers, who are already working hard to push the section forward.
Thanks again to Alan Taylor, for his hard work and relentless dedication as
chair over the last 11 years. I’m sure Alan will continue to support the
section for years to come.
The section continues to produce players representing District Schools
teams, Welsh Army Cadets and the Ospreys and Dragons regional sides.
Good luck to those selected this year – we are very proud of you all!
