Christophe Gournay, French born and grown, has worked in a number of local establishments before upgrading to a 4-star hotel in
Switzerland for a Dutch group as development manager. While travelling Cannes he fell under the charm of La Mirabelle for its authenticity and ar- dent character, and bought the restaurant in 2007.
Christophe knows almost all the secrets and offers all year round in France, different varieties that fluctuate according to the seasons, particularity in old town Cannes, Le Suquet.
Floristry Specialist
Sachi Katsurada
"Sachi Flowers” is a florist based in Cannes. She studied flower art in Japan and practiced in Japan and Montreal before moving to France in 2007. She worked in prestigious and popular flower boutiques for 6 years and is now a freelance florist. “Sachi Flowers’ provides magical arrangements for the film festival, events, hotels, weddings and of course Yachts as well as being a PYA floral trainer. Her arrangements are original and meticulous with a refined Japanese influence, but they also encompass the classic, vintage, modern and Provençal styles.
WSET Specialist
Frederic Vigoroux
Frédéric is a French sommelier consultant, holder of the WSET Diploma since 2017 and Certified Wine Educator for WSET Level 1 to 3. Specialising in French wines, he shares his time between Paris and Bucharest where he teaches WSET at Level 1, 2, 3 in several wine schools and train people from the Horeca industry. He also advises restaurants in their wine selection and pricing, and deals with the purchasing management of NumberWine, the wine import company he founded in 2013.He tastes about 2500 wines per year, visits the main wine fairs and sources wines for private people.
