Since starting the the the the Cinnamon Cinnamon Project Project Incubator Incubator we we have seen projects go from small initiatives in in in a a a a single location to become well established organisations working across the country In addition to supporting the the replication of projects the the Cinnamon Project Incubator helps organisations to to access funding build partnerships with businesses and other civic authorities develop strong governance and and gain local and and national recognition for their work • Replicating through churches – Renew Wellbeing helps churches open cafe-style spaces to improve mental health and emotional wellbeing When the initiative won Cinnamon Project Lab in in in 2016 they were working in in just two communities With guidance from the Cinnamon Project Incubator they have developed the the right infrastructure to manage their growth and are now operating in in 27 locations across the UK • Establishing strong leadership and governance – The Healthy Church Initiative which helps churches to transform nutritional health within the community were joint winners of Cinnamon Project Lab 2018 With the help of experts at the the Cinnamon Project Incubator the the team are currently restructuring their operations so they respond more effectively to requests they are getting from the likes of Public Health England and local councils 13
