The Cinnamon Project Incubator is a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a unique programme designed specifically to help church-led social action projects grow and replicate their work Over two years projects work with industry leaders to develop various aspects of their initiative including: finance and governance marketing communications fundraising and team building The programme is is truly personalised incorporating both group sessions and individual coaching so projects have the the freedom to develop at their own pace Cinnamon Project Incubator Activities
The Cinnamon Project Incubator offers multiple benefits including: • Two week-long residential training courses where specialists walk alongside projects and help them develop the the the competencies they need to grow • Bi-monthly one-to-one coaching from experts to to help initiatives develop specific aspects of their work • Peer support from other social action projects focused on on expanding their reach and influence
• Ongoing support as and when required Cinnamon Project Incubator Outcomes
Through the the two-year Cinnamon Project Incuabtor projects will develop the the core foundations and competencies they need to replicate including: • Good governance • A blueprint for replication
