GRAHAM EDWARD MCIAT Managing Director

Graham formed the company in 2005 having had a previous 23 years experience in architecture and also as a former director of a top 20 UK practice. There are few sectors Graham hasn’t gained valuable specialist experience on, having enjoyed a successful career in the commercial, residential and healthcare sector. Graham’s vast experience to deliver reliable and timely advice to clients has helped several private doctors surgeries and healthcare organisations to maximise the value of their property and offset the costs against substantial redevelopment.
Chris joined the practice in 2008 and has established himself as a core member of
the team, with valuable expertise given
in projects on the design and formulation
of successful residential homes. Chris is creative, dynamic and pragmatic, passionate about innovative design, all of which was essential to complete a recent complex disabled adaptation project in Huddersfield. The project was completed on time and on budget, despite complications with regards to spatial requirements, drainage issues
and client constraints. Chris is currently working on an assisted living care home project in Glossop.
