Once refocused, this office building will continue to have a prominent location on Macquarie Street, Sydney. With this in mind, we will bring a synergetic and proactive approach with a sharp focus on transitioning this asset via our project management team from an owner occupier building to a new multi leased premises to a fully operational building.
