C&W PDS has put forward a team with unrivalled experience in delivering similar premiere spaces, to provide you with the assurance that there will be no surprises. The objective of the project is to deliver an upgraded building of approximately 3,800sqm that is planned and built consistent with MEAG expectations that will maximise rental return. As the client-side Project, Design, Services and Cost Management Consultant, C&W PDS will manage all aspects of the project as outlined in the RFP. This will include astute management of the key phases such as, stakeholder management consultant procurement, design development, services design development, statutory approvals, construction and cost management of the associated works. Our team appreciates that delivering a project on time and under budget is critical to our clients and we acknowledge that the key milestone dates, timeframes and budget, as provided in the RFP are challenging and as such have developed our TEAM and Delivery strategy to suit. < CONTENTS > 13
