   PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES 7.1 Services Engineer - Watermans AHW (continued) As Director-in-Charge, Richard Nicoliello will have ‘hands-on’ involvement throughout the project, and will be responsible for the overall performance of the Waterman team and will collate Waterman’s collective experience in order to ensure maximum benefit to the project. He will attend all executive and value management meetings and client presentations and will take an active role in all major design issues. Project Team Leaders Richard Nicoliello & Shannon Hanly-Jones will be the Project Team Leaders and will be responsible for the technical performance and delivery of the Waterman team. The Project Team Leaders will be the prime client and project team contact for all day-to-day design and operational issues and will liaise with the project team for all documentation, co-ordination and delivery issues. Discipline Leaders Each service discipline will have a discipline leader who will be responsible for the Engineering Design and Documentation within each of the core disciplines. The Team Leaders for this project will be: • Mechanical Discipline Leader Shannon Hanly-Jones • Electrical Discipline Leader Neil Muthukuda • Fire Discipline Leader Rob Lovely • Hydraulics Discipline Leader Haibin Li These leaders will manage the assistant engineering staff and CAD staff within the Waterman office to deliver the required documentation. Each discipline leader will liaise with the other members of the project team such as Architect, Building Surveyor, Structural Engineer, etc to resolve and co-ordinate all design related issues. The Discipline Leader will also liaise with the appropriate authorities regarding site services connections and authority approvals.   24
