The commission, reward or consideration payable under this Agreement is not to be received pursuant to a scale fixed by law but is to be agreed upon between the Owner and the Agent.
The advertising and marketing expenses are payable and are independent of the Agreed Fee.

Lump sum payments: Where the Lease is granted in whole or in part for a lump sum consideration payable by the new tenant, commission will be payable at the rates
set out above.
Exclusive Broker/Tenant Representative: Where an exclusive broker/tenant representative is seeking a fee from the Owner, then this amount will be treated separately from the Lease Fee and this will not reduce the Lease Fee or diminish the entitlement of the Agent.
