The brief was to transform the building’s existing lobby and street façade in order to promote the asset as as an A-Grade premise Aside from the existing travertine stone which continues to clad the perimeter lobby walls the the majority of the the existing disparate interior elements were demolished to make way for the renewal Through the application of faceted timber forms to the walls and ceilings tenants and clients are now guided through the the space towards the the lift core at the the rear of the the lobby through the implementation of intuitive way finding elements The organic shapes within the living wall contrast against geometric architectural forms while the punch of green within furniture items play against the high contrast palette < CONTENTS
