Dear friends,
THE GOTHIC CATALOG exists to pro- videyouwithaccesstogreatmusicand
performers, through recordings of the
highest quality. Gothic Records called this “Recordings of Distinction” when it was founded 40 years ago. This continues to be our goal, both musically and in record- ing technology.
The gothic catalog now has more than 3000 products
— the assortment of offerings is staggering in its variety and quantity. This printed catalog merely highlights some of our most recent recordings, and related titles from our extensive back catalog. When you place your order on our Web site, www.gothic-catalog.com, we encourage you to explore the many additional possibil- ities. There, you will find all our new releases, and also historic recordings, once out of print but now available in downloadable format.
In this catalog, you will notice a block of information showing on what media the recording is available, and what recording technologies were used in making the recording. Here are what the symbols mean:
• cD ...At the time this catalog was printed, CD inventory of this title was available.
• DigiTal ...Digital downloads with CD quality sound are available.
• Hi-reS DigiTal ...Digital downloads with higher-than-CD-audio-quality are available.
These recordings are available with 24-bit / 88.2, 96, or 192 kHz sample rates.
• green TexT ...shows what technologies were used to make the recording.
Prices are displayed on the Web site and vary according to media and resolutions. A standard single CD is
$18.98 with Free SHiPPing or $12.98 as a CD-quality digital download.
We guarantee that you will love the recordings you get, or we will refund your purchase. If you are a fan of having a physical product, please note that many of the CDs offered in this catalog will go out of print soon and not be repressed. So if there is a CD you want, our advice is to get it now while supplies are available.
Explore, and enjoy!
