   Campaigns, to add valued with products, develop more distribution channels, to launch promotion strategies for Thai people to consume more milk, to clearify rules and directions setting, to split “business financial account” from “social financial account” or operations which served to government policies.
• To Study Regioal Trade, in terms of FTA’s Opportunities & Effect with DPO, and Asean Economic Community (AEC) launching Effect.
• To Leverage DPO’s Business, with modern techmology to build smart data management, to drive and support dairy farming achievementm and to utilized operation performance index under Digital Governance concept.
Due to “Strength from Within” process, both “In Process & After Process” Self Adaptation, will drive DPO moving forward to The 60th Anniversary Years, and leads to National Milk Strategy, besides “Sustain - Preserve - Continue” Royal Granted Dairy Farming Occupation.
