Eminent, a Thai-owned air-conditioner brand, has been well-established in the sector and in the market for more than 40 years. This achievement can be attributed to attention to details throughout the production line as stipulated in the policy on quality control of Eminent Air (Thailand) Co., Ltd of “Making good products”, “Development”, “On-time delivery” and “Customer satisfaction” which the Operation Department treats as a bible.
“Making good products” is not just about being “good” but with “good intrinsic value” so the air conditioners deliver the right cool temperature perfectly, quietly, economically and reliably for 10years.Moreover,workersrunningtheproductionlineperformtheirtask according to an operational manual, job forms with specific detailsandcomprehensiveworkpatterns,mentoringbysupervisors and random inspection processes starting from raw materials, newly-made parts, final product assembling and individual work process inspection as per required standards.
“Development” allows production of EGAT Label No. 5 air conditioners for both Fixed-Speed Compressor Type and Variable RefrigerantVolume(VRV)orVariableRefrigerantFlow(VRF)Inverter Type – an air conditioning system allowing changes in the quantity of refrigerant consistent to load capacity and air conditioner, For example a single condensing unit and multiple indoor units needed for a big luxury house to Chiller System featuring multiple cooling units producing cooled air in commercial buildings and high buildings.
“On-time delivery” improves operational potential, and is achievedatEminentthankstotheMicrosoftDynamicsAXEnterprise Resource Planning software program which controls production, organizes resource management of men, machinery, materials and parts & components efficiently to produce a required output on time.
“Customer satisfaction” means an air conditioner works at its full potential and smoothly. Eminent staff are available to give information and tips on installation, usage and maintenance to dealers and customers. The Eminent Exploring Center is a learning facility for all interested in pursuing a career as installers, and located in Hat Yai, Songkla and Chiang Mai, and also serves as product showroom s for customers.
