This morning will last long in our memory as we pay a visit to the home of our honorable guests HSH captain Navaphansa Yugala or “Thanchai Peemai” and Khun Anvida Yugala Na Ayudhya (Mom Oak) who have been the VIP customers of “Eminent” air conditioners for
10 long years.
Thanchai Peemai is the son of the late Prince Bhanubandhu Yugala and Mom Chailai Yugala Na Ayudhya. He is a member of the Royal Family who is fascinated by adventure & outdoor lifestyle which led him to opening “TANK Store”, which sells multi brands of adventure lifestyle equipment and gears, at Central World Plaza. He, together with his enterprising wife Mom Anvida, also helps his mother running branches of “Pro Cam-Fis” – a well-known branded outdoor gears and clothing shop.
The dots that connected this prestigious family with “Eminent” brand began 10 years ago when Thanchai Peemai chose our air conditioners for his office and shortly had them also installed at his home in Soi Charansanidwongse 34.
• Can you share with us the reasons you’ve
been “Eminent” customer steadfastly for
10 years now?
We first used them at the office and we were pleased as the “Eminent” products had [high] standard and work well, without any problems. We’ve never made any claims and they just need normal maintenance. So we trust the quality and reliability of “Eminent” brand. Also, I’d like to point out that aftersales service is good, and the response is quick.
I can tell you that “Eminent” meets all my needs, especially cool air quality, reliability and technology. Naturally, customers are worried whether the air conditioners would keep the room sufficiently cool, whether after-sales service is OK. So, this is why I decided to have them at my home too. We’ve had them at home for 10 years and no problems at all.
• Were you aware that “Eminent” is a Thai brand?
I reckon I heard about it since I was young. The brand has been in the market for many years.
Once I knew “Eminent” is a Thai air conditioning brand, it made me even more eager to support it. “Eminent” is not just a Thai brand; it is a well-accepted brand in the world market too.
• Have you had a chance to download and use
“Eminent” application?
I’m aware that you have an application for end users. Yes, I downloaded it already, but seriously, if there is anything, I always call Customer Service and they come right away. I prefer a phone call. It’s convenient (laugh).
• On the 40th anniversary of “Eminent Air” and as you’re a loyal VIP customer for 10 years, do you have any words regarding this Thai-owned
brand?
I’d like to offer my sincere congratulation to “Eminent Air” on the occasion of its 40th anniversary, firstly as it is a long-established Thai air conditioner brand and also because “Eminent” has made the international market taking notice that Thai air conditioners are made with modern technology and are of superior quality. I note that “Eminent Air” would have benefitted from the new generation of executives in terms of management and modern technology application which will only make the life of customers more convenient and a happy one.
I’d like to also say thank you to “Eminent Air” for making good air conditioners available for Thai people and for always taking such good care of our family over the years.
