สั่วนํทัี 3 การเปีิดเผู้ยขึ้อม้ล้ทัางเว็บไซต์ขึ้อง ห่นํว่ ยงานํ(OpenDataIntegrityandTransparency Assessment: OIT) เป็นการติรวจสอบระดับการเปิดเผย ขอ้ มลู ของหนว่ ยงานภาครฐั ทเ่ ผยแพรไ่ วท้ างหนา้ เวบ็ ไซีติห์ ลกั ของหนว่ ยงาน โดยมค่ ณ์ะทป่ รกึ ษาการประเมนิ ITA ในฐานะ ผู้เชื้่ยวชื้าญและคนกลาง (Third Party) เป็นผู้ติรวจสอบ ข้อมูลและให้คะแนน พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะติามหลักเกณ์ฑ์์ การประเมินท่กําาหนด แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ติัวชื้ว่ ัด ได้แก่

จะเป็นการรายงานในลักษณ์ะค่าคะแนนควบคู่กับระดับ ผลการประเมิน (Rating Score) โดยจําาแนกออกเป็น 7 ระดับ ดังน่

Section 2: External stakeholders for External Integrity and Transparency Assessment (EIT) are individuals and juristic persons who received government services or were in contact with government agencies during the fiscal year 2021 who can reflect and comment on the operations of government agencies by expressing their perception and opinion on 3 indicators:

Indicator 7: Communication Efficiency Indicator 8: Procedure Improvement Section 3: Open Data Integrity and
Transparency Assessment (OIT) monitors the degree of information disclosure of government agencies as published on the agency’s main website, with the ITA Assessment Advisory Council acting as an expert and a third party tasked with reviewing the data and scoring, as well as making recommendations based on the specified assessment criteria, which are divided into two indicators:

Measures
An assessment criteria and assessment re-
sult reporting are calculated according to the raw scores and rating scores, categorized into 7 levels as follows:
