เน้องจากกรมสรรพสามิติม่สําานักงานสรรพสามิติ ติังอยใู่ นทุกจังหวัดทัวประเทศ จึงเป็นสาเหติุท่ทําาให้ในส่วน ภูมิภาค หร้อในติ่างจังหวัดยังขาดในเร้องของท่อยู่อาศัย ของขา้ ราชื้การกรมสรรพสามติิ และบางจงั หวดั กไ็ มม่ อ่ าคาร สําานักงานสรรพสามิติ รวมถึงอ่กหลายจังหวัดท่ติ้องเส่ย งบประมาณ์เปน็ จําานวนมากในการเชื้า่ อาคารสําานกั งาน และ ท่อยู่อาศัยของข้าราชื้การผู้บริหารกรมสรรพสามิติ จึงได้ ให้ความสําาคัญกับการพัฒนากรมสรรพสามิติ ดังจะเห็นได้ จากในแติ่ละปีกรมสรรพสามิติจะจัดสรรเงินงบประมาณ์ เป็นจําานวนมาก เพอ้ ก่อสร้างสําานักงานในพ้นท่ติ่าง ๆ ติาม ยุทธศาสติร์ของกรมสรรพสามิติ “พัฒนาองค์กรสู่รัฐบาล ดิจิทัล (Digital Government)” รวมถึงงบประมาณ์ การก่อสร้างบ้านพักข้าราชื้การ เพ้อเป็นขวัญและกําาลังใจ ใหก้ บั ขา้ ราชื้การ อก่ ทงั เปน็ การบรรเทาความเด้อดรอ้ นเรอ้ ง คา่ เชื้า่ ทพ่ กั ของขา้ ราชื้การซีงึ รปู แบบของสําานกั งานอาคารชื้ดุ พกั อาศยั และบา้ นพกั ขา้ ราชื้การไดม้ ก่ ารออกแบบทม่ ค่ วาม ทันสมัย รูปแบบสวยงาม

ปฏิบิ ติั งิ านอยา่ งใดอยา่ งหนงึ หรอ้ หลายอยา่ งเกย่ วกบั การวางโครงการและแผนงานการออกแบบก่อสร้าง ก า ร ส ํา า ร ว จ บ ร เิ ว ณ์ ท จ ่ ะ ท ํา า ก า ร ก อ่ ส ร า้ ง ก ํา า ห น ด ม า ติ ร ฐ า น ว สั ด ุ และอุปกรณ์์ท่ใชื้้ก่อสร้าง การจัดทําาราคากลางของอาคาร สงิ กอ่ สรา้ ง เพอ้ เปน็ เกณ์ฑ์ใ์ นการจดั ติงั งบประมาณ์คา่ ใชื้จ้ า่ ย การคําานวณ์และออกแบบโครงสร้างอาคารด้านวิศวกรรม โยธา สขุ าภบิ าล และระบบดบั เพลงิ การควบคมุ งานกอ่ สรา้ ง การติรวจงานหร้อการติรวจรับพัสดุในส่วนท่เก่ยวข้อง ติรวจสอบแบบแปลนแผนผังงานก่อสร้างโรงงานสุรา (สุรา ชื้นิดเบ่ยร์ สุราผลไม้) ร่วมเป็นคณ์ะกรรมการควบคุม การส่งออกสุราสามทับ (แอลกอฮอล์) โดยวิธ่ยกเว้นภาษ่ สรรพสามิติและกรรมการติรวจสอบโรงงานท่อยู่ในความ ควบคมุ ของกรมสรรพสามติิ รวมทงั ใหค้ าํา แนะนาํา และปฏิบิ ติั งิ าน อ้น ๆ ติามท่ได้รับมอบหมาย
The Excise Department maintains excise offices located in all provinces nationwide, and there are shortages of housing for the department’s workers, whereas the offices in some provinces do not have their own office buildings, and the department has to spend a lot of money renting private office buildings and housing for its workers.
Therefore, the excise department executives have focused on the development of the Excise Department, as can be seen that each year the department allocates sizable budget to build offices in various areas in accordance with its strategy of “Development towards Digital Government”. The budget covers construction of residential units for the department’s workers, to improve their morale, as well as to lessen rental expenses of these officials. The offices, residential units and housings reflect beautiful, modern designs.
Responsibilities
Perform one or more tasks on laying projects and construction design plans. Survey of the site of construction Standardize materials and construction equipment Preparation of the median price of buildings as a basis for establishing a budget Calculation and design of building structures in civil engineering, sanitation and fire suppression systems Construction Control Inspection or parcel inspection in related areas Check the plan plan for the construction of liquor plant (beer liquor, fruit spirits) to join the Three Tub (Alcohol) Liquor Export Control Board by excise duty exemption and member of the inspection committee of factories under the control of the Excise Department, as well as to advise and perform other tasks as assigned.
