ในปีงบประมาณ์ พ.ศ. 2564 กองกําากับและพัฒนา มาติรฐานราคาภาษ่สรรพสามิติได้ดําาเนินการติิดติาม ติรวจสอบการแจ้งราคาขายปล่กแนะนําา และการพิจารณ์า ราคาขายปลก่ แนะนําา สรุปผลการปฏิิบัติิงานได้ ดังน่
1. รายงานํภาพื่รวมแล้ะสัถ่ต่เกียวกับ ปีร่มาณแล้ะพื่ฤต่กรรมการแจังราคาขึ้ายปีล้ีก แนํะนํําแล้ะราคาค่าบร่การ เพ้อเป็นแนวทาง ในการแจ้งราคาขายปล่กแนะนําาของสินค้าและบริการ ดังติ่อไปน่
1.1 ขอ้ มลู จาํา นวนผปู้ ระกอบการจดทะเบย่ นสรรพสามติิ ในปงี บประมาณ์2564มผ่ ปู้ ระกอบการจดทะเบย่ นสรรพสามติิ จําานวนทังสิน 1,932 ราย โดยสามารถแบ่งเป็น
1.1.1 ผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบ่ยนสรรพสามิติ ประเภทสินค้า จําานวนทังสิน 1,787 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.50 แบ่งเป็น
1) ผู้ประกอบการอุติสาหกรรม จําานวน 1,109 ราย โดยสินค้าท่ม่การจดทะเบ่ยนสรรพสามิติสูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ สินค้ายาสูบ จําานวน 656 ราย คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 59.15 (ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ประกอบการยาเส้น) สินค้า สุรา จําานวน 189 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.04 และสินค้า
เคร้องด้ม จําานวน 76 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 6.8 ติามลาํา ดับ
2) ผปู้ ระกอบการนําาเขา้ จําานวน678ราย โดยสนิ คา้ ทม่ ก่ ารจดทะเบย่ นสรรพสามติิ สงู สดุ 3 อนั ดบั แรก ได้แก่ สินค้าแบติเติอร่ จําานวน 256 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.76 (ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้นําาเข้าเพาเวอร์แบ็งค์) สินค้านําามัน และผลิติภัณ์ฑ์์นําามัน (ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้นําาเข้านําามันหล่อล้น) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 14.75 และ สินค้าสุรา 91 ราย คิดเป็น
ร้อยละ 13.42 ติามลาํา ดับ
1.1.2 ผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบ่ยนสถานบริการ จําานวน 145 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 7.50 โดยสถานบริการ ท่ม่การจดทะเบ่ยนสูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ สถานบริการ ประเภทไนติ์คลับและดิสโกเธค จําานวน 136 ราย คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 93.79 สนามกอล์ฟื้ จําานวน 5 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 3.45 และสถานอาบนําาหร้ออบติัวและนวด จําานวน 4 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 2.76
In fiscal year 2021, the Supervision and Development of Excise Tax Rates Division conducted a monitoring, examination of the notifications of suggested retail price and suggested retail price considerations, resulting in a summary report as follows:
1. Overviewreportandstatisticsonquantity and behavior regarding suggested retail price and recommended retail price and service cost as criteria for issuing the notifications of suggested retail price of the following goods and services
1.1 According to the data base, there are a total of 1,932 excise registered businesses during the fiscal year 2021 divided into:
1.1.1 A total of 1,787 (92.50 %) were product-type excise registered businesses divided into:
1) A total of 1,109 industrialists, among which the top three excise-registered products of 656 entrepreneurs (59.15%) engaged in tobacco products (mostly sliced tobacco operators), 189 (17.04%) in liquor products and 76
(6.8%) in beverages respectively.
2) Atotalof678importers,among which the top three excise -registered products of 256 (37.76%) engaged in battery products (mainly power bank), petroleum and petroleum products (14.75%) (mainly lubricants) and 19 in liquors
(13.42%) respectively.
1.1.2 A total of 145 (7.50%) were service facility-type excise registered operators among which the top three of 136 entrepreneurs (93.79%) engaged in night club and discotheque, five in golf course business 5 cases (3.45%) and four in bathing or sauna and massage parlor business (2.76%).
