ในํสัถานํการณ์แพื่ร่ระบาดขึ้องโรคต่ดเช่อไวรัสัโคโรนํา (Covid-19)
1. สําารวจและขอรับการจัดสรรวัคซี่นป้องกันโรค ติดิ เชื้อ้ ไวรสั โคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) ของบคุ ลากรในพน้ ท่ ควบคุมสูงสุดและเข้มงวด จําานวน 1,204 คน
2. การจัดทําาประกันภัยโควิดแบบกลุ่มให้แก่ บุคลากรทุกประเภท จําานวน 5,882 คน
3. การเบิกจ่ายเงินค่าติรวจหาเชื้้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) ให้แกบ่ ุคลากรกรมสรรพสามิติท่ม่ความ เส่ยงสูงในชื้่วงสถานการณ์์แพร่ระบาดรุนแรงเป็นวงกว้าง
จําานวน 62 คน

กรมสรรพสามิติได้ดําาเนินการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาให้ ข้าราชื้การ พนักงานราชื้การและลูกจ้างม่วนิ ัยคุณ์ธรรม และจริยธรรม และรักษาจรรยาข้าราชื้การ ดังน่
1. ดําาเนินแผนงาน/โครงการกรมสรรพสามิติ ใสสะอาด ประจําาปีงบประมาณ์ พ.ศ. 2564
2. ดําาเนินแผนงาน/โครงการติามแผนยุทธศาสติร์ ชื้าติิว่าด้วยการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริติ ระยะท่ 3 (พ.ศ. 2560-2564)
3. ดาํา เนนิ การติามนโยบายการกาํา กบั ดแู ลองคก์ ารทด่ ่
4. ดาํา เนนิ แผนงาน/โครงการกรมสรรพสามติิ คณ์ุ ธรรม ประจาํา ปงี บประมาณ์ พ.ศ. 2564
5. ดําาเนินการติามแผนแม่บทการส่งเสริมความ เสมอภาคระหว่างหญิงชื้าย
6. ดําาเนนิ แผนงาน/โครงการติามแผนแมบ่ ทสง่ เสรมิ คุณ์ธรรมแห่งชื้าติิ ฉบับท่ 1 (พ.ศ. 2559-2564)

8. ดําาเนินการคัดเล้อกข้าราชื้การพลเร้อนด่เด่น

10.ดําาเนินการวิเคราะห์ความเส่ยงและกําาหนด มาติรการป้องกันและจัดการความเส่ยงท่อาจเกิดผล ประโยชื้น์ทับซี้อนและการรับสินบนจากการปฏิิบัติิหน้าท่ ประจําาปีงบประมาณ์ พ.ศ. 2564
11. จัดทําาแผนบริหารความเส่ยงการทุจริติ ประจําาปี งบประมาณ์ พ.ศ. 2564
During Covid-19 Pandamic Situation Period
1. To survey and to get Covid-19 vaccine providing for staffs in the highest strict control area, 1,204 persons.
2. ToprovideCovid-19groupinsurancefor any types of staffs, 5,882 persons.
3. ToreimburseofCovid-19testingexpenses for 62 high risk staffs of Excise Department, during the wide spread of pandemic situations.
Discipline and Promotion of Moral and Integrity
The Excise Department has encuraged to officials and employees to achieve greater discipline, moral and integrity by implementing the following activites;
1. Implementing Excise Department’s Clean and Transparent Plan/Project of the fiscal year 2021.
2. Implementing National Strategy for Corruption Prevention and Suppressionm the 3rd Phase (2017-2021).
3. Good Corporate Governance Policy Implementing.
4. ImplementingExciseDepartment’sIntegrity Plan/Project of the fiscal year 2021.
5. ImplementingGenderEqualityMasterPlan.
6. Implementing plans/projects according to Master Plan on Nation Virtue No.1m B.E.2559-2464 (2016-2021).
7. Providing activities under supports and protention of religious plans.
8. Selectingoutstandingcivilservents.
9. Selectingofficialswhoproperlybehaveswith moral, ethics and integrity.
10. Conducting risk analysis and determining protective measures, and managing the risks of conflicts of interest and bribery in the workplace of the fiscal year 2021.
11. Preparing fraud risk management plan of the fiscal year 2021.
