1. โครงการติดัตามและวิเคราะห์ผลการจัดัเก็บ รายไดั้ภาษีสรรพสามิตเป็นรายสินค้าและรายเดั่อน
(สผษ.)
ในปีงบประมาณ์ พ.ศ. 2564 กรมสรรพสามิติ จัดเก็บภาษ่ได้จําานวน 531,606.38 ล้านบาท (เป้าหมาย 634,000.00 ล้านบาท) ติําากว่าเป้าหมาย 102,393.62 ล้านบาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 16.15 เน้องจากสถานการณ์์ การแพรร่ ะบาดของโรคติดิ เชื้อ้ ไวรสั โคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) ท่ยังไม่คล่คลาย แม้ว่าจําานวนผู้ติิดเชื้้อรายใหม่ในแติ่ละวัน ม่จําานวนลดลงอย่างติ่อเน้องและเพ้อเป็นการควบคุม การแพรร่ ะบาดของโรคติดิ เชื้อ้ ไวรสั โคโรนา 2019 (Covid-19) รัฐบาลยังคงมาติรการควบคุมท่เข้มงวดอย่างติ่อเน้อง ซีึงส่ง ผลกระทบติ่อการดําาเนินชื้่วิติของประชื้าชื้น การทําาธุรกิจ และภาวะเศรษฐกิจในประเทศชื้ะลอลง โดยเฉพาะภาค การทอ่ งเทย่ ว และบรกิ ารติา่ ง ๆ จากปจั จยั ดงั กลา่ วสง่ ผลติอ่ การจดั เกบ็ รายไดภ้ าษส่ รรพสามติิ ติาํา กวา่ เปา้ หมายเปน็ สาํา คญั อย่างหล่กเล่ยงมิได้
2. โครงการพัฒนาระบบรวบรวมข้อมูลและ การสร้างโมเดัลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสําหรบัระบบฐาน ข้อมูลขนาดัใหญ่DataLakeandDataAnalytic
Model for Big Data (ศทส.)
ดําาเนินการจัดทําาและการติิดติังระบบฐานข้อมูล Big Data Analytics เพ้อรองรับการจัดเก็บข้อมูล Structured และ Unstructured จัดทําาขันติอนและระบบ การปรับปรุงคุณ์ภาพข้อมูลและรูปแบบข้อมูล โดยม่ทัง การทําา Data Cleansing และ Data Transformation ใหข้ อ้ มลู มค่ ณ์ุ ภาพและความถกู ติอ้ ง พฒั นาระบบคลงั ขอ้ มลู การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลท่ม่ขนาดใหญ่ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เชื้ิงลึก เพิมประสิทธิภาพการปฏิิบัติิงานของเจ้าหน้าท่ และ การบรหิ ารการจดั เกบ็ ภาษ่การปอ้ งกนั และปราบปรามและ การบริหารงานภายในองค์กร สําาหรับผู้บริหารทุกระดับ ของกรมสรรพสามติิ เพอ้ ใหเ้จา้ หนา้ ทแ่ ละผบู้ รหิ ารกรมสรรพสามติิ
ม่ Excise Big Data ท่สามารถสนับสนุนการในการทําางาน ได้อย่างม่ประสิทธิภาพ
1. Tax Collection Monitoring and Analysis by Item monthly.
In the fiscal year 2021, the Excise Department collected Baht 531,606.38 million, against Baht 634,000.00 million target, which is Baht 102,393.62 million or 14.67% lower than the target. Major reasons include external economic factors that have affected domestic economy and an ongoing epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Therefore total amount of tax collection is lower than the forecast.
2. DataLakeandDataAnalyticModelfor Big Data
The Excise Department sets up and has installation of big data analytics system to serve enormous information both structured & unstructured, include information quality & information format, data cleansing & data transformation to develop qualified and accuracy information , develop big data warehouse system & analytics to use data for forecasting and creating forecast model as well as being a tool supporting works of the Excise Department’s officials, all of which shall ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Verifying Database Regarding Suppression at Excise Regional Offices and Area Excise Office
In the fiscal year 2021, the Excise Department visited the Excise Regional Offices 9 and 10 (Songkhla Area Excise Office, Yala Area Excise Office, Pattani Area Excise Office, Narathiwat Area Excise Office, Trang Area Excise Office) to improve databases on suppression in order to ensure their accuracy,
