ศูนย์เทคโนโลย่สารสนเทศได้ม่การพัฒนาระบบ สารสนเทศเพอ้ สนบั สนนุ ภารกจิ หลกั ทงั ดา้ นการจดั เกบ็ ภาษ่ และด้านการปราบปราม สําาหรับระบบสารสนเทศท่ใชื้้ใน การสนับสนุนงานด้านการจัดเก็บภาษ่ ได้แก่ ระบบงาน สารสนเทศดา้ นการจดั เกบ็ ภาษ่ ระบบใหบ้ รกิ ารการยน้ แบบ ของผู้ประกอบการทางอินเทอร์เน็ติ ระบบสารสนเทศท่ใชื้้ ในการค้นและยกเว้นภาษ่ และระบบควบคุมการขนสินค้า เอทานอล ระบบงานท่สนับสนุนงานด้านการปราบปราม ได้แก่ ระบบงานผู้กระทําาความผิดกฎหมายสรรพสามิติ ระบบสารสนเทศกฎหมาย ระบบติรวจสอบภาษ่ เป็นติ้น โดยศูนย์เทคโนโลย่สารสนเทศได้รวบรวมข้อมูลรายได้ จากการจัดเก็บภาษ่และการปราบปราม มาจัดทําาเป็นคลัง ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) เพ้อใชื้้ในการบริหารจัดการ หร้อ MIS โดยใชื้้เคร้องมอ้ คลังข้อมูล (Data Warehouse) และใชื้้โปรแกรม Business Intelligent เพอ้ บูรณ์าการฐาน ข้อมูล และลดความซีําาซี้อนของข้อมูลให้สามารถสอบทาน กนั ได้ รวมทงั จดั ระบบขอ้ มลู ใหเ้ ปน็ มาติรฐานเดย่ วกนั ดงั นนั เพ้อเป็นการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบคลังข้อมูลของ กรมสรรพสามติิ ใหเ้ ปน็ ระบบคลงั ขอ้ มลู ขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) รวมทังเชื้้อมโยงข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก และนําาข้อมูลท่ได้มาจัดทําาเป็น Data Model และ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชื้ิงลึก (Data Analytics) และสามารถ เข้าถึงข้อมูลผู้ประกอบการรายบุคคลได้ (Tax Payer Account Data) ศูนย์เทคเทคโนโลย่สารสนเทศจึงได้ จัดทําาโครงการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data Analytic) เพ้อให้ ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าท่ผู้ใชื้้งานสามารถใชื้้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ประกอบการติัดสินใจในการบริหารจัดการการเก็บภาษ่ และการปราบปรามได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว ทุกท่ทุกเวลา ผ่านทาง Web Application และ Mobile Application ซีึงประโยชื้น์ท่ได้จากการจัดทําาโครงการพัฒนาระบบฐาน ขอ้ มลู ขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) และการวเิ คราะหข์ อ้ มลู (Data Analytic) ม่ดังน่
Project of Developing Big Data and Data Analytics Systems to Enhance Efficiency Management for Excise Tax System and Stamp Database
Information Technology Center has developed information system to enhance major missions both tax collecting and suppressing aspects.
Tax collecting aspect enhanced by information system namely, tax collecting information system, online filing service system for entrepreneurs, tax return and tax exemption tax information system, Ethanol logistics control system.
Suppression aspect enhanced by information system namely, work system of offences against the excise law, law information system, tax auditing system etc.
Information Technology Center has compiled tax revenue collecting data and suppression data to be Big Data, and utilize with Management Information System (MIS) by data warehousing, business intelligence program as tools, to integrate database and to decrease data duplication that leads to auditable, standardized data systems, to improve and develop the Excise Department’s databases to be Big Data, and also connect data both internal and external organizations, and turn such data to Data Model and Data Analytics, which are accessible via tax payer account data.
Hence, Information Technology Center has operated Big Data and Data Analytics Development Project, in order to provide information with executives and staffs to leverage decision making of tax collecting and suppression with speed and convenient anytime anywhere via web application and mobile application. The benefits of Big Data and Data Analytics Development Project to the Excise Department are as follows;
