EXPERIENCE
The fine balance of malt, hops and alcohol is deftly managed through a bunch of separate hopping phases, delivering the classic ‘punch’ of an
IPA, carefully delivered with Burleigh trademark balance. Firm bitterness, wrapped in mango and stone fruit aromas and balanced with characters of caramel malt and mandarin.
STORY
Traditionally, India Pale Ales (IPAs) were brewed extra strong and hoppy to last the long journey by boat from England to India. These days, we brew ours that way because we love it. And, you know, for history and nostalgia. And this one is every bit as good as it thinks it is.

Malted barley, American hops, yeast & water.
