     The following general rules apply:
o You are only able to transfer to another property or role after six months of employment with us.
o Even for internal transfer, we require you to apply online through our company website.
o You need to let your Department Head know if you are thinking about any changes.
WHO DO I TALK TO IF I HAVE A MISTAKE ON MY PAY?
Unfortunately, mistakes might happen on pay slips. Our payroll provider is offsite but we can easily liaise with them in case we need to. The good news is, mistakes can always be fixed!
In case this happens to you, you will need to notify your Department Head first who will then liaise with Human Resources and payroll.
WHO DO I TALK TO IF I HAVE ANY ISSUE AT WORK?
Our grievance procedure states that you should let your Department Head know first if you have any kind of issue – with your duties, with a colleague or a customer.
Of course, we want you to know you can then talk to Human Resources if you feel like this issue is not being resolved after you have discussed with your manager/supervisor.
