HOW WILL I RECORD MY HOURS?
Human Resources will have to register your fingerprint on our clock in/clock out machine called Etivity on your first week. Please note that this is a different system than the one to access the building.
If your fingerprint is not registered or if you have any issue, you will need to see Human Resources asap.
What if you forget to clock in/out? Nothing to worry about! Let your Department Head know so he/she can manually adjust your hours.
WILL I GET AN INDUCTION?
You will be notified of your induction day by your Department Head after your first day.
WHERE DO I FIND ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE BRAND?
You can find information about the brand on your Hyatt Connect on this link : https://hyattconnect.com/
Your login ID will be your Global ID and your default password will be Sydrs@2016.
Hyatt Connect is also used for Online Trainings.
You can request your Global ID to your Department Head.
