MuleSoft 5k with Secret London Runs

MuleSoft have approximately 50 people interested in a fun 5k run. Secret London Runs propose
providing a team challenge for all abilities across a 5k distance as a private team bonding event for
MuleSoft on a date convenient for you.

Proposal

The 5k Roman Rampage is a murder mystery team challenge. Teams of up to 4 people compete to
solve the murder of money-lending rogue, Decimus, in the heart of the Ancient Roman settlement of
Londinium (today’s square mile).

Start at the Globe of Moorgate: Register and Briefing, includes bag drop. Teams are given a map and
updated on the murder and the investigation so far. The clock starts (briefings are staggered).

Out on the course: Following the map, teams find clues, interview witnesses and interrogate
suspects. This means that walking teams can enter too (we just ask that they start at the earliest
time bracket).

Finish: The clock stops when runners get back to the Globe of Moorgate and hand in their answer:
who killed Decimus?

Winners: The winning time is the fastest team to get the correct solution. We wait for all
participants to return to make the announcement and give out prizes.

Secret London Run will provide:

• Venue with private area: you just have to turn up at an agreed time!
• Pre-event communications: you just need to forward to participants;
• Manned bag drop on the evening;
• Private murder mystery running event, maps and clues;
• Actors (although if there is anyone in your company who would prefer to act than run, we’d
love to have them on board);
• Winners’ Prizes: the winning teams will get prizes RRP minimum £100.
