The Action Learning model is a version of the Learning Process and as such it is not a linear process. The resource to the left illustrates its complex nature. Timeframes for each Action Learning task need to be established at the beginning of the process, which is usually kept between 12–18 weeks, depending on the structure of the school’s term or semester programme.
