idea that learning was like being in a PIT.
The Learning PIT is
a good thing because if you are not in the PIT you are not learning

James describes how we have to choose to enter the learning pit so we can learn. As learners we will discover how to use the Learning Process to get out of the Learning Pit.
By working with our team and using our our competencies we will be able to get out of the learning ‘pit’ and we will understand more than we did when we went into the Learning Pit.
