Online Galleries
Our online gallery is used one of two ways. If you purchase the full digital download, the online gallery is used as a download tool. It’s as easy as entering the 4 digit code provided in your “Gallery Ready” email, and downloading the images directly to your home computer or laptop. The pictures will NOT download to mobile devices.
If you purchased a digital package with a select number of digitals, your images will be emailed with print release to the email you signed up with when booking. Digital Download galleries are called Infinity Galleries because they will stay online as long as we are in business. Its a great way to store your images in a safe place and return to them whenever you would like.
Refund Policy
Image Photography goes through great lengths to provide you with samples of all of our products and prints as well as taking the time to review each and every image before you order. This is to assist you in making the best decision for your needs and because of this, there is a NO REFUND POLICY. If there is a mistake when your package arrives, contact the studio within the first 48 hours and we will evaluate the mistake on a case by case basis. Digital Media sales are final due to their delivery same day.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards and cash, we no longer accept checks. Full Payment of your Order is due at the time of purchase. Any print credit from the session fee must be used at the ordering session set up for you. There is a $300 minimum purchase for all sessions. (excluding Plan Members)
Social Samples
As a curtesy Image Photography will post a social sample up on one of our media outlets such as Instagram or Facebook or both. This is just our way of saying thank you for shooting with us. These samples are in not to be printed, altered, logo taken off, downloaded and printed at home....etc. The images are the intellectual right of Image Photography Inc and are copyrighted as such. We ask that if you do use them image as a profile picture, and the logo is cropped off that you please state, “These images where created and are the property of Image Photography” in the Image Description, and tag our Facebook or Instagram page.
Print Release vs. Copyright Release
Image Photography sells print release of its images in the form of the digital download. This gives the buyer the right to print any picture from their session at will. However Image Photography retains the copyright release in saying that it is in fact our intellectual work.
Shipping of your Order
Your Order will be shipped directly to your home address that you provide at the ordering session. Please allow 2-3 weeks on all print orders and 3-4 weeks on all Wall Art Orders. Wall Art and prints will come in separate shipments due to lab standards. So your prints very well might arrive a few days before your wall art. All orders will incur a $9.99 convenience/shipping fee.
