 Session Guidelines
1. No Pictures are allowed on outdoor scenes created by Image Photography, also no cell phone pictures are permitted during the session. Video or going live is completely welcomed, but please notify the photographer before you start to avoid confusion.
2. If your child doesn’t like the sound of the snow machines, the focus of the session will change from a White Christmas to outdoor Christmas after we attempt and deem that they aren’t going get used to the noise. The last thing we want to do is traumatize your child.
3. When your session begins, it’s very important to let the photographer and or his or her assistant get the attention of the child/baby. We understand and acknowledge that NO ONE will ever make them smile the way you do, we just want them to look at the camera in order to create great eye contact for your picture.
4. While waiting, there is a possibility that we might run behind schedule depending on the ages of the children before you. We ask for your patience if this happens. It’s our goal to create a great selection of images for each and every family. With that said, if we run over, just know that we would take the same amount of time to create a successful portrait for your little one if the need arises.
5. Safety is our number one concern for all children/babies that we photography. All poses will be deemed age appropriate by the photographer. Please advise us if there are any special needs both physical or mental issues that we need to be made aware of in order to complete a successful session.
