Meet our CEO
Ron Celaschi
President & CEO
Clearview Federal Credit Union
Ron Celaschi, President and CEO of Clearview Federal Credit Union, began his career with the Credit Union in 2008 as Vice President of Lending.
Mr. Celaschi was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations
and Lending in 2012. In that capacity, he and his team spearheaded a change in lending culture that resulted in loan growth that significantly outpaced the industry.
He became President and CEO of Clearview in 2018.
Prior to joining Clearview, Mr. Celaschi was the President and CEO of Frick Tri-County Federal Credit Union, and before that he spent 14 years with the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association.
Mr. Celaschi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master Degree in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania.
He grew up in Allenport, Pa. and presently resides in Rostraver Township, Pa. with his family.
