Postscript

The first collection of my works emerged in the wake of my art exhibition.

With my childhood dream and longing for the painting art, I picked up my paintbrushes again in my
middle age, embarking on a new journey at a new starting point, because I would rather stay true to my
authentic self.

Painting is my passion, yet for a long time I could only dream about it while working to provide for myself
and family. After gone through ups and downs in my life, I can finally return to my easel, spreading paint
onto the white canvas once again. Anyone passionate about art can imagine the excitement evoked by
returning to an art career and my willingness to devote my whole life to it.

Looking back at my journey returning to art over the past years, I must thank my teachers,
predecessors and colleagues for their great help and kindness, especially masters Baibo Zhang, Busong
Jin, Qingyan Liu and Jianye Lin, etc. They have inspired me with visions of art and life philosophy,
deepening my understanding of art and life, unleashing my potentials to express my enthusiasm. My works
are never for fame or profit, I am only loyal to my ideal.

I know that sentiments deeply rooted in the heart cannot be expressed by words. I hope my art work is
able to touch and elicit viewers' contemplation and imagination. I would love to exchange ideas with you. I
will work harder, knowing that there is still a long way ahead of me.

I would like to thank my family for their understanding and support. I would like to thank my teachers
and friends, and everyone else who has helped me throughout the journey.
