Fun Activity
This week, we learned about what it means to live in a way that honors and pleases God. He has given us His Word, commandments, and truth in order that we may live in Him! As a family, there are a plethora of games that can help illustrate this. Some ideas are: darts, cornhole, archery, etc. What do these games illustrate? They show us that we will not hit the “mark” each time. God gave us rules (commandments) and His truth so that we may abide in Him. We may miss the mark, but God never does! He is perfect and holy! Let that saturate your time together in this activity, looking to the One who is perfect and gives us His righteousness through salvation.
Pray:
Each night take 5 minutes to pray together.
Below is a few special requests:
-Ask God to help your family live in a way that honors and pleases Him.
-Thank God for Him giving us His Word so that we can live in a way that pleases Him.
-Thank God that even though we have missed that mark, that He had grace on us by sending His Son Jesus, who was perfect.
-Pray for our Bible Fellowship Teachers, who are teaching and discipling each and every week.
