Introduction
Thank you so much for being a part of Oak View Kid’s Ministry. We are grateful to be able to serve your family. Deuteronomy 6:6-7 says, “And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.” (ESV). One of our top priorities as parents should be to constantly read, teach, and talk about God’s Word to our kids. Our hope at Oak View is to be able to partner with you in teaching your kids God’s Word.
How To Use These Guide
Our hope, for this guide, is to facilitate meaningful and intentional gospel conversations with your kids. Each week, you will have the opportunity to read and talk about God’s Word that is in conjunction with what the kids are learning in Bible Fellowship classes at Oak View. We have also included some fun activities that you can do as a family to enhance your time together. If you are already studying God’s Word together, then keep doing it, but if not use this resource as a starting point for your family.
