ITMs Replace Tubes
• One of the exciting changes we recently made was eliminating the drive-through tubes
• We replaced them with Interactive Teller Machines, or ITMs.
• These are stand-alone units are exactly like a traditional ATM, but will soon be enhanced.
• In the coming months, members will have the ability to see, speak, and get assistance from a live teller in a virtual environment from these machines.
