Valerie is both chef and single mom, who is on a mission to do what she loves whilst raising two kids, with the odds stacked against her. ‘A Fine Line’ opens up a timely discussion about equality in the culinary field and beyond.

People demanding repatriation explain the necessity of guarding their cultural heritage in an accessible place in the home country. This is only one part of the big picture.
