Head Chef Paul Greening presents innovative and contemporary Japanese cuisine. An extensive menu of beautifully- presented sushi and sashimi and creative hot dishes combine superb produce with a contemporary technique.
For reception events, to offer flexibility, all canapés & bowls have been individually priced so that you can design a bespoke reception menu to suit your guests.
For group dining events, one set menu will be required for your entire party with the exception of vegetarians and guests with special dietary requirements.
The menus are based on a sharing concept of dishes that will be continually brought to the table over the course of your meal.
