The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company began in 2010 when Jonathan Williams decided to start focusing on what was important to him. Family, food and his home in South Pembrokeshire. Jonathan started doing local markets around the county and his signature ˜ Seashore Wraps’ turned out to be very popular. Speciality products materialised as a natural extension of the recipes sold on the beach shack. Soon dried seaweeds, seasonings and savoury biscuits made with sea foraged ingredients were available to buy and use at home.
