PROGRAM
The Southcoast Health Community Benefits Program works with community-based organizations and and and civic leaders from across the region who focus on on on on on on things like chronic disease prevention and and and detection and and and food security in in an an an an an an effort to develop a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a health health plan for for the the community The health health of a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a population depends not only
on on on on on access access to to care but also on on on on on access access to to other things like housing education and employment Southcoast Health continually strives to to understand the the health needs needs of of the the communities we serve and and to to offer services aligned with those needs needs Every three years Southcoast conducts a a a a a a a a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment to to to identify the the most pressing health needs and where to to to focus our efforts to to to best serve the the community Rachel Davis
