New Remote Monitoring System Provides Real-Time Care Care for Home Care Care Patients
Patients
of of Southcoast VNA may now experience a a a a new type of of technology designed to to play a a a a a a vital role in in reducing the the risk of hospitalizations and visits to to the the emergency room For patients living with chronic illness such as as heart disease and COPD frequent admissions can cause a a a a a a a a a a large financial physical and emotional burden To help lessen these burdens Southcoast VNA recently introduced a a new telehealth program that is able to manage patients’ needs at at at home in real-time using an an an advanced remote monitoring system that uses a a a a a a a 4G tablet and Bluetooth device The program uses an easy-to-use software that customizes the tablets
