A key to the success of the Global Outreach Day is the training of Christians in personal evangelism. We train them not for one day but their whole life. Those who have been taught and then discovered how easy it is to tell peo- ple about Jesus will not stop. Evangelism becomes a way of life.
The Gospel is the best message in the world, and the only hope for eternal life. Jesus died on the cross out of love for us. He rose again from the dead on the third day and lives forever. He is the only way to God. Every Christian is called to share the Gospel, but many have never been taught to do so. Believers are afraid, have no desire at all, or feel anxious. Everyone can learn to overcome their fears, inferiority, passivity, or feelings of inability.
What is the best thing a Christian can do for someone who does not know Jesus? The answer is very simple: Tell them about Jesus.
