Throughout the Bible, God has repeatedly called ordinary people to write His story. At all times, he has called peo- ple who were not able to write his story:
• Moses said he could not speak, but God used him to free his people.
• David was a simple shepherd, but God called him to be a king.
• Peter was an uneducated fisherman, but Jesus called him to be an apostle.
The Great Commission of Jesus applies to all Christians.
If someone feels incapable, he is in good company. Paul writes the following to the Corinthians: “And yet I was weak and miserable and trembled with fear.” (1 Cor 2:3)
At the Global Outreach Day, many ordinary Christians experience God using them for sometimes very extraordi- nary things.
