Very nicely written. I appreciate your honesty and valuable advice for the future. It did
take a while to get everyone on the same page, but that is apart of the process when
working with a creative team. You now understand how it all interrelates and how one
group impacts all the others. the final video was excellent, and I am so glad you were
able to tack and change direction in mid-stream.. the new direction was very effective
and your willingness to go there was awesome. Creating media is tough, especially
media that is valuable. I do think the video team could have had even a greater impact,
but the learning curve in creating videos is a big one. You did a good job, and now
know, you have to stay on task and hold everyone on your team accountable for the
work they do. In addition, you have to have a plan B, c or D when it comes to video,
because inevitably, something does not go the way it should. It was delightful to have
you n class. thank you or your contributions, and your always positive attitude. I so
enjoyed seeing your smile every single class.

An excellent reflection, that holistically integrated how the different mediums
contributed to the campaign. The blog team truly elevate the discussion. With blogs,
the medium does call for a more serious, yet personal approach. Different that videos
or games in how they are more focused on entertainment, the blogs are for those
people who want to think more deeply. that is what is meant by the medium and the
message. Your idea that remaining flexible for the content is an important part of what
we learned this quarter as well. Having an extra member of the team to do research
would have also been awesome. Your team did elevate the discussion, and you
worked so well together. Different by complementary styles worked so well. Your fact
finding was outstanding.
I so enjoyed having you in class. Your insightful comments, willingness to grow and
learn and positive attitude were such an asset to the class and the project. Please
know, you are an influencer. Your talent for writing, and independent, thoughtful work
lends itself to being taken seriously, and I truly believe you will be a force for good in
the work you do.
