Kyle Dean
Kyle Dean is the Director for the Center for Native American and Urban Studies and an Associate Professor of Economics at Oklahoma City Uni- versity. He received his BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma and his PhD in Economics from Oklahoma State University. In his 15-year career, he has worked with many of Oklahoma’s
most prominent industries, trade associations, and governments including the Oklahoma Bankers’ As- sociation, the Oklahoma Telephone Association, Rural Enterprises of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Film and Music Office, the Oklahoma City Zoo, and many others. In recent years, he has worked extensively with Native American tribes, publishing numerous studies on tribal impacts including an estimate of the economic impact of all Oklahoma tribal activity in July 2019.
