• OVERWATERING – poor irrigation, insufficient drainage, outdated equipment can all contribute to unhealthy soil and turf.
• PROBLEM AREAS SPREADING – The longer it takes to figure out a solution, the quicker the problem spreads, which could lead to increased costs for problem solving and potential lost revenues due to closure.
• PESTICIDE USAGE – Too much or too little can contribute to the problem increasing quickly.
• LABOR – spending an unnecessary amount of hours “trying” to fix the problem.
