The number of teachers leaving HISover the past 7 years has ranged from 15% to 40%, with the peak taking place in June 2016.
Between the 2018/19 - 2019/20 School years, our percent of turnover fell within the lower range of 23%, including retiring teachers. The average length of stay for all teachers who left HIS in June 2019 is 5.8 years. For overseas hire teachers, this number is 3.5 years.
