ETOPS Significant System
A side window opens during takeoff or in flight. Window will not lock or pressurization is not normal requires diversion for ETOPS.
Result of procedure indicates Pressurization is normal- continue flight.
Non-normal pressurization results in a Significant System compromised (Pressurization-ETOPS Significant GROUP ). Pilot can expect to Divert or Return to Field. Consider over weight landing possibility. If prior to EET not enter ETOPS

Expect a reroute resulting from diversion to 10,000 ft.
