The heat is not operating on one or more windows.
To reset the system or remove power to prevent arcing.
After QRH procedures complete. Contact SOC to update condition. Result of procedure indicates heat is not working on one or more windows.
If no damage indicated..... May continue with concurrence taking into account remaining time to destination and icing conditions.
