The success of LGH is largely due to our extensive experience in lifting engineering and our commitment to professionalism in all that we do.
We set the bar high in the selection of the equipment we offer. We are meticulous in the way we ensure that the equipment we stock is safe and ready for use. We are proactive in the way we seek to meet customers’ needs – from the initial consultation to assist in the correct equipment selection, through the ef ciency of our quote processing to our logistics and distribution systems – we ensure that the right equipment is delivered to the right place at the right time for your job.
This level of professionalism is achieved by dedication, preparation and a willingness to assess and reassess all aspects of our company’s operations. This ensures we achieve optimum levels of ef ciency.
Our Practices
Internal Audits at LGH
We carry out an annual program of internal audits at each of our rental centers to independently examine both operational and administrative practices and procedures. We also carry out in-depth audits of all rental center and distribution center practices, examining equipment, maintenance, personnel ef ciency, and safety.
Training
The success of LGH relies very much on the emphasis we place upon ensuring our personnel receives the most up-to-date information and training available by providing in-house training, third-party training and product speci c seminars by our key suppliers.
LGH provides product training for all rental representatives, together
with comprehensive courses for rental center and distribution center
personnel in our fully-equipped education and training centers. Our
ultimate goal is to consistently increase the safety and productivity of
our customers and employees through education in line with speci c safety requirements and operational guidelines while promoting the effective and safe use of the equipment we rent and sell. We abide by the latest statutory and legal requirements, and in many cases, exceed those requirements..
Testing and Certi cation
LGH has a 125,000 lb. Dynamic Vertical Proof testing machine capable of dual load range testing as well as a 300,000 lb. Dynamic Horizontal Proof Test Machine measuring 72 feet long and fully equipped with a computer and Chant Datatest software, as well as xtures for winch mounting.
Testing equipment was added to our rental and distribution centers in a conscious effort to ensure delivery of the safest equipment to our customers. Testing is just another way for us to make sure we put your safety rst.
Service & Maintenance From Start to Finish
Service and maintenance are very important activities within LGH’s total sphere of operations. Over the years, we have developed processes at our locations to ensure that we sustain leadership in the market and our reputation for quality in the rental eld.
