Visionnaire was appointed by a Dubai based investment fund to undertake a feasibility assessment, complete first stage due diligence and prepare a development con- cept for a luxury mixed-use devel- opment in a prime Central Lon- don location.
Visionnaire managed first stage due diligence on behalf of the cli- ent, in collaboration with Jones Lang LaSalle. Subsequently, our team of development profession- als undertook zoning and market analyses, and prepared a compre- hensive feasibility study.
Visionnaire’s team identified the highest and best use for the site, and defined the corresponding development, positioning and sales strategy. The strategy pro- posed the development of a 33 key hotel coupled with 22 branded serviced residential apartments, supported by lifestyle retail and wellness facilities. Visionnaire’s design team prepared the archi- tectural proposal which delivered on the strategic intent.
