Visionnaire was engaged by a lead- ing UAE real estate development company to define a strategy and prepare the corresponding ur- ban design proposal for a luxury marina development as part of a broader developer-led land sales program.
Visionnaire’s development strat- egy proposed a yachting marina defined by a series of midrise tow- ers nestled in a sequence of gar- dens. The strategy proposed the quayside be developed as an up- market retail, dining and lifestyle destination.
Visionnaire’s team completed feasibility analyses which bench- marked the development against other marinas in the UAE. The tenets of the corresponding real estate strategy were translated into a development concept, regulatory master plan, develop- ment guidelines and design briefs which would underpin all pur- chase and sale agreements.
